ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a strong team of eight who work together to serve our customers and community. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, so this business has been a part of my life for many years and has helped shape the values I bring to leading our office.

I graduated from Georgia State University and have a family with two daughters, along with a dog and a cat at home. Family is very important to me, and that perspective carries into the way we support one another as a team. We stay involved locally by sponsoring community events and supporting initiatives throughout the area. Being present in the community and building real relationships with the people we serve is a priority for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trent Lewis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
