ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a strong team of eight who work together to serve our customers and community. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, so this business has been a part of my life for many years and has helped shape the values I bring to leading our office.

I graduated from Georgia State University and have a family with two daughters, along with a dog and a cat at home. Family is very important to me, and that perspective carries into the way we support one another as a team. We stay involved locally by sponsoring community events and supporting initiatives throughout the area. Being present in the community and building real relationships with the people we serve is a priority for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trent Lewis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
